Refunds/Exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not accept returns on any handmade items. All handmade items are made true to size. All items listed will indicate the height and size of the model or mannequin. Before placing your order, we ask that you please make sure that you have correctly taken your measurements. Also, please ensure that you have ordered the correct item, along with the correct color and size, prior to purchasing. Once your order has been finalized, the item belongs to you.
Exchanges can only be made on items that are not handmade by KeiwoB. Exchanges can only be made on the size of the item ordered, not the color, and is based on availability of the item you're requesting. Items eligible for exchange must be in new condition when returned back to us. To determine if your item is eligible for an exchange, you must contact us within 24 - 48 hours after your items have been confirmed delivered to the address you provided at the time your order was placed. If we deem the item washed or worn, we will not accept the return, and all shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer.
