Shipping
All standard orders are shipped 3 - 5 business days after your order has been processed, excluding weekends and holidays. Pre-order items will be shipped within 2 - 4 weeks, after your order has been processed (see custom orders). To ensure that items are tracked and delivered, we currently only offer first class and priority mail shipping. Please be sure that all your information has been entered correctly, to ensure quick and efficient processing. If you discover that you entered any part of your address incorrectly during checkout, please contact us right away to avoid delays and discrepancies. Once an order has been shipped, we do not hold any liability if the item is incorrect, unless we shipped an item other than what was finalized when you ordered.
We offer free shipping on orders of $150 or more.
If the tracking information states the items have been delivered, please contact the USPS. We will not hold responsibility for any items marked delivered.
